    Studio Ageli is an architectural practice based in London, with work completed nationally and internationally.

    Its sister office, Studio Ageli Surveying, which is a separate entity, is based in Milton Keynes.

    Bringing together expertise in design and construction, we create buildings, interiors and spaces that unite the best of function and aesthetic.

    Through the two practices, complete design, project management and surveying services can be offered, overseen by founder and principal architect Mohammed Ageli and principal surveyor Mahmoud Ageli through their respective practices.

    Our joined-up approach from appraisal to completion ensures excellence and value at every stage. Projects run efficiently and to the highest professional standards.

    Lean and mobile, Studio Ageli draws on a network of established partners in architecture, surveying, engineering, project management, ID/ branding, graphics and wayfinding, interior design, and lighting.

    Appraisal and design brief

    Concept, design development and technical design

    • Outline proposals including coordination of building and services systems, outline specifications and preliminary cost plan to completion of project brief.
    • Prepare and coordinate technical design and specifications.
    • Party wall awards.



    • Prepare and collate detailed production information.
    • Identify potential contractors, obtain and appraise tenders.


    Mobilisation to practical completion

    • Let building contract, appoint and issue information to the contractor.
    • Administrate building contract.
    • Coordinate with the contractor and review their information.


    Post-practical completion

    • Record information.
    • Assessment of use.
    • Dilapidations.
