Biology department for the University of Cyprus, in collaboration with KTA Cyprus and Hawkins Brown.
The external façade is imagined as unitised bays, with vertical fins creating a playful rhythm along elevations, providing shading and breaking down the mass and horizontal line.
A shaded garden courtyard connects a teaching building with ground-floor recreation and a research block at the lower level.
