Hand-made bespoke chandelier using more than 450 natural wool pom poms.
Conceived by Studio Ageli as an installation and designed with Knitster LDN who refined the design and produced the object, the project was a close collaboration evolving over several months of research and production.
Knitster LDN are an East London based knitwear studio and close friend of Studio Ageli – they produce knitted textiles and develop and knit bespoke garments. Practice principal Aysen Bayram is an experienced knitwear designer having worked with a number of luxury brands. As well as Knitster LDN, Aysen launched FANCLUB in 2015 which is a knitwear brand.
